‼️🇻🇪 One of the reasons the US wants Maduro gone:
“We cannot be silent, we will not be silent. Venezuela will continue to speak with its own voice to say stop the genocide against the Palestinian people? Ceasefire in Gaza! Enough bombing! Enough murder!”
-President Nicolas Maduro

I am sharing diverse ideas and posts that Lemmy would not be exposed to otherwise.
When I was young, I was only exposed to MSM and owner-class media as well, so I understand the expected backlash and downvotes.
Once I started to criticize and question those in power, I set out and looked for independent media and independent journalists.
If people want to learn more, they can go down the rabbit hole some of us go through; if they want to continue the status quo, I will not stop them, but I will continue to share diverse ideas and world views.
Lemmy would be a better place without this propaganda.
Best I can do is MBFC bot
For those that don’t know, MBFC stands for Media Bias/Fact Check.
It labels MSM and owner class “propaganda” into a duopoly compass, left or right, instead of owner-class vs. working-class.
Lemmy World would be way less active if they did not allow “propaganda” from the USA.
You can’t be for “propaganda” you agree with, then all of a sudden be against “propaganda” you don’t agree with; that is called hypocrisy.
No, it’s called thinking critically and calling out propaganda for what is it.
Good morning!
Good evening!
Yes, we must be highly critical of those in power and especially of our media’s talking points, especially when keeping the status quo is what the owner-class and their lackeys like.
You weren’t even able to answer their question at all.
How can you criticize and question anything if you just spew the same nonsense when someone questions you?
I did answer his remark, but it was on my terms.
I know it was not what you like to hear, Satan, and I do not think anything I say would appeal to you.
We do not share politics or policy goals, so that is understandable.
That is true. I wonder if there are areas of your preferred politics or policy goals where you will suddenly be reluctant to explain what your politics are. Hey, unrelated question, do you share the opinions on Ukraine that are expressed in this video?
Yeah, that’s Lemmy - it’s just a bunch of CNN and any time some kind of counterculture thing comes along, everyone freaks the fuck out. Good thing you’re here to be the only one sharing a leftist viewpoint.
Okay, I’ve got some questions. This video - who the fuck paid for that studio? That’s not just like an Alex Jones desk, it’s a whole set, and not a cheap one. Who’s his producer? Does he just have Guardian-writer money coming out of his ears and wanted to make his YouTube show extra fancy?
Unrelated question, why does RT give him his own page?
This woman who’s talking - why does she jump around topics so frequently? I legit tried to watch some of your video for a while, but it’s Colombia, then Trump, then Eliot Abrams and Ronald Reagan, and never long enough on any one to make a point. It’s honestly very weird - like it’s not even enough to fully assemble even a general sense that the US is bad. It’s just like an emotional tone of anger and betrayal and secrets being kept from you. But she doesn’t say much of anything.
And why did you post it under this video when she doesn’t say anything about Maduro, as far as I can tell?
Also, why is this not on YouTube? I feel like I know the answer to that one.
