I moved to Apple Music. It’s gotten a ton better in terms of content and UX since launch and I got tired of Spotify pulling bullshit like this news, the ridiculous audiobook “feature” they charge all users for, price hikes, no standard lossless audio…
Not sure if it’s still this way, but apparently for a time the Apple Music Android app was getting features that the iOS version didn’t have for some reason, lol
After the last price hike I gave up on my Spotify subscription.
ETA: I moved to Tidal. I was able to import all of my likes, and my playlists.

I considered trying Apple Music, but two of my kids use Android so I went with tidal so everyone could be on the family plan.
