It’s most likely from 1984 because it’s an episode mostly about the Olympics. Donkey Kong debuted in 1982 and that would probably have been too early to feature it on the show in time and 1986 would have been a little late for Donkey Kong.
That said, 1982 is definitely a possibility. Or even a different year if they decided to do an Olympics episode in an off-year. Unfortunately, the website regarding the episode doesn’t say.

Edit: Thanks to [email protected] for getting the year right!
The Arbiter knows his games
dude has done so, so much for us https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keith_David#Voice_acting
I like him in pretty much anything. I even enjoyed him in the shitty final season of Community Yahoo did when they tried and failed with doing TV shows (I will never forgive them for not letting someone else continue on with Other Space).
The final season actually held up for me on rewatch. I remember peacing out at the second or third show when it came out, and was pleasantly surprised it did not suck on rewatch.
I would have to watch it again, but at the time, it felt like it was going through the motions more than anything.
Better than the season Harmon wasn’t involved with though.
I mean - yes. But - even that one was kinda fun in retrospect. Less “soul” but still the people and some good writing. It’s not necessary to skip it, is all I’m saying.
I wouldn’t skip any of it if I rewatched it. Also, theoretically the movie is going to be shooting soon. They apparently are just trying to work around Donald Glover’s schedule. He apparently will be returning in a major way in the movie!
So there really will be six seasons and a movie.
As the prophecy foretold!
Holy shit - he was in Requiem for a Dream? Damn, did not expect that.
I was gonna say a Mr Rogers and Keith David team up is the update to Arby and The Chief that i never knew i needed.
