Sega of America has voted to unionize under the banner of the Allied Employees Guild Improving Sega, with its goal being to improve pay and benefits within the company. It immediately becomes one of the games industry's largest unions.

    Fecking good. SEGA has a history of horrible labour practices, I can personally attest to that.
