I was considering Gemstone mine but that only works if it’s on your starting hand, not later in the game. It’s disappointing because this card seems playable and not broken like a lot of silver border cards.
Not really, there’s an older angel and we just got OTJ Jace that both care about turn #, and the mentioned Gemstone Mine for starting player. Really this was probably just acorn for power reasons, an evolving wilds that either scries or untaps probably isn’t broken but could be

Tracking number of turns/turn order is considered silver border. But then again so was die-rolling and that eventually came to black border
