A female member of the production crew filed a police complaint against Joost accusing him of making “threatening” moves toward her following his May 9 semi-final performance.

The Swedish prosecutor said he had closed the case due to lack of evidence.

“I have closed the investigation today because I cannot prove that the action was aimed at provoking serious fear or that there was any such intent,” senior prosecutor Fredrik Jonsson said in a statement.

Switzerland’s Nemo and the song “The Code” went on to win the Eurovision Song Contest, becoming the first artist identifying as non-binary to claim victory, in a competition that was otherwise marked by controversy over Israel’s participation during the war in Gaza.

Now you might be thinking “how is israel to blame for this one”? Let me explain

The head sponsor of Eurovision is

Moroccan right? Wrong. “Moroccanoil is an Israeli cosmetics company headquartered in New York City

So what does Joost Klein have to do with israel being the main sponsor of Eurovision?

During the Eurovision songfestival Joost Klein was seated next to israel for interviews, where he wrapped himself in the Dutch flag. A journalist asked Eden Golan if she felt she was endangering other contestants by being there. Her sidekick said she did not have to answer that question to which Joost suddenly said “Why not”.

Afterwards Joost was harrassed by israeli journalists

It’s better that you show up in all my posts about israel to pretend it’s the only thing I post about.

Sorry, I meant “because” but mistyped, and it was autocorrected to “better.”

                1. I don’t comment in the majority of your posts on Israel / Gaza.
                2. I only come across Israel / Gaza posts from you. It’s possible you post about other things in magazines (communities) I don’t subscribe to. I just looked at a couple of your meme posts. They were also about Israel.
