There is a rather interesting effort to create a multiplayer 3D version of Pixel Dungeon that reminds me of a mix between Shattered and Gauntlet. It isn’t ready just yet and because it will be on Steam it is guarenteed to be massively bloated, so hopefully it will get ported to Android.
It’s worth noting that this game has nothing to do with Pixel Dungeon, and seems to just be trying to piggyback on its popularity by stealing its name.
I didn’t know as there are so many PD branches and this game is not yet available for testing/playing. I also agree with the other poster that it appears to be real time play and not turn based, which is not in keeping with a Rogue-like. I saw the presentation doing a routine PD search and just thought it looked nice, especially with multi player coop support.
