minus-square@Boddhisatvalink3•1 month agoI was basing that on Biden’s 18 year term limit proposal that allowed an appointment every 2 years. President Biden supports a system in which the President would appoint a Justice every two years to spend eighteen years in active service on the Supreme Court.
