Officials at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland say Air Force security guards exchanged gunfire with a person or people who opened fire at an entrance to the base
Yeah, twice. The car came back and shot at the entrance a second time a couple hours later. That’s when the guards returned fire.
This is the difference between police and military though. The car showed up two hours later. If this were cops they would have began immediately firing at any vehicle that showed up probably. But since it’s a military base, the car literally showed back up and they didn’t fire at it until they were shot at again.
