    Oh yeah, I’m not unaware of the quality loss over the years. It’s an occasional craving for their particular taste. Love the sweet onion chicken teriyaki.

    It’s the customer service that really tanked here (I’m in the affected area from what I can tell). It seemed like there were never more than 2 people working at any of the stores here, even during busy hours. Wouldn’t surprise me if the owner was responsible for that as well.
