Nevermind that all of the USes car based infrastructure was made to sell cars. Anti walkable cities is as American as it gets. Living is a commodity under capitalism, so is basic transportation. Can’t let all those workers that generate our profit be allowed to go buy groceries without paying corporations to get there.
