More than 17,000 AT&T workers in nine states across the Southeast are on strike. The Communications Workers of America represents the striking employees and says workers walked off the job Friday in response to AT&T’s failure to bargain in good faith.
At&t is migrating (tech and other white collar jobs) from California (a blue state) to Texas (a red state). Could Democrats do more? Of course! But let’s not put out the image that it’s the Democrats that are solely benefiting them or protecting them.
If anything it’s been Republicans that have been giving them tax breaks for decades. After all they do get the bulk political contributions from these monopolistic ISP scum.
