        As a US citizen if he ever stepped foot in the US he would be immediately extradited to either the UK or Romania for his outstanding allegations.

        A lot of modern countries have extradition treaties so he’d have to go to somewhere like Russia if he wanted to remain free if he fled.

        He also would lose access to a lot of modern banking systems and likely be deplatformed completely if he ever ran from his current charges.

          I thought he picked Romania because of how corrupt and easy to bribe they are there. At least, i remember him bragging about that. I’m sure it has nothing to do with his current troubles, just a coincidence.

        Well he probably could, but then he could never go back to his home country without going to jail for a long time. If he hasnt actually commit any major crimes, then fleeing would be pretty dumb.
