The prompt.

I think there must be a negative prompt you forgot or something.
This isn’t AI, it’s just good old-fashioned Photoshop
Hand seems to say otherwise, and there’s many that use Photoshop to clean up AI generated images, or generate components for photoshop collages.
To me out very clearly looks like a collage, and it’d be much easier to use stock photos for the components than AI
