Have you lived in or been to Decatur? Depending on the cop, if the vandal is caught they may not make it to the jailhouse in one piece. It’s not Macon or some sunset town. The vandal would be arrested. I’d worry about an old racist judge not sentencing the vandals, or letting them off with a slap on the wrist.
