Because thats how you correctly write titles.
Did you not finish high school or something? That’s how we do titles.
Apparently that’s the case. Now I know that, my mistake.
Though in my opinion, it is still dumb, as it confuses meaning and achieves nothing, aside from conforming to conventions.
