That’s what Reiss’ is hoping to do - be cover for Saka. Things is, despite what Arteta says, I don’t think Mikel fully trusts Nelson. That’s why Saka was being played into the ground last season. And I don’t know if that will change no matter who is the designated cover at RW. This is, to a good extent, a phycological challenge with Arteta.
No, I don’t think he trusts Reiss either. And hey, apparently we’re only paying half of Sterling’s wages. So it’s even better than I thought.
