Affects only certain drinks (Logan Paul’s PRIME and others) for misrepresenting the amount of caffeine contained in the drink.

    Looks like they just didn’t have the correct french and english labels for their caffeine content. It should be fixed, but it’s not a big problem.

      True; that is also part of the issue. The site lists the issue as:

      “The affected products are being recalled from the marketplace due to various non-compliances related to caffeine content and labelling requirements.”

      Could be both?

        Could be both, but more likely just the labeling issue. They probably just don’t have the amount of caffeine listed on them. It’s probably not intentionally misrepresenting the amount of caffeine. More likely, they just weren’t aware of the local laws when they decided to sell their products here. After all, they’re all listed as not having bilingual packaging.

          This article from the BBC linked elsewhere in the thread goes into detail about the recall, specifically regarding the caffeine content of the product which is 200mg, which exceeds Canadian regulations.
