Wrongfully incarcerated. The police officers manipulated the victim and the charges filed against him were wrong. Originally they charged him with battery on a Leo, disturbance and resisting with violence, then the body cam and civilian video showed something completely different from what the officer stated, it then got dropped to battery and resisting with out violence. Finally all charges were dismissed because they didn’t have a leg to stand on!!! Cops are supposed to protest and serve, not lie and manipulate people!
So, he died somehow due to this? I’m confused by the ‘fatality’ aspect.
You’re right to be confused, there was no fatality and all charges were dropped.
Not that it matters with that kind of damage, but w.e.
Then why does this post’s title mention ‘fatality’?
Gonna venture a guess that it should have been “brutality.”
