I bought a piece of 1.5 inch stiff foam to try to fix a sag in a bed. It didn’t work but having that thick piece of solid foam around has been a life saver.

Need something flat to put a laptop on? Throw it on the foam. Going to be doing something that requires you to be on your knees for a while? Get the foam!

It went from stupid purchase to something I’d gladly replace if it broke.

I have KDEConnect, but I’m in a weird situation where my desktop and phone are on different networks. Desktop is on Ethernet, and phone is on Wifi. Can’t afford a wireless adapter for my desktop at the moment. I got Debian with KDE last month, so I’m really looking forward to using it whenever I move out.

Your router keeps wireless and wired networks seperate?

So apparently I’m an absolute disaster of a human because I just went to try setting up again and I got it to work. I forgot that I always have my VPN turned on in my phone, and I have it set to block any connections not through the VPN. When I shut off the VPN, it worked perfectly.

I’m probably not going to shut off the VPN killswitch for regular use because I have already forgotten to re-enable the VPN several times.
