minus-squareLustyArgonianManalinkEnglish2•edit-215 days agoSure, sleep inertia can be caused by lots of things. It is a sign of narcolepsy, sleep apnea, or other sleep issues in many people or can be vitamin based.
I just have a lot of sleep inertia. Sleepy when I get up, not sleepy at bed time.
