minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilinkEnglish4•3 months agoI feed starter with the same bread flour I usually bake with so I don’t need to do any more math. I discard about 100g of starter a week which ends up becoming pizza dough so I don’t see the point in trying to cheap out on flour.
