    Not discouraging any coordinated action, but while a protest of this nature may affect the immediate revenue of PG&E, the affect could be negated the next time they negotiate rates with the state. Setting up a community choice aggregator may have a more substantial impact on PG&E’s business, but that requires a lot more effort and sustained action.
