German intelligence accused Moscow of widespread sabotage operations against German politicians and companies. The same unit also hit Ukrainian targets in the run-up to Russia’s invasion.
In that case, I think it’s time that Ukraine gets authorized to do some ballistic hacking to general utilities deep in Russia. Make them permanently offline.
