    That depends on the state. States with fire problems, such as California, have extra restrictions. And since it’s not a firearm, ironically, the Constitution can’t protect it.

      Im just talking federal here, if ya want an actual fire arm just get a black powder one. Owning a modern artillery piece may be illegal but owning one thats from the ante bellum period loaded with grapeshot is what the founders damned well intended.
