I so.etimes watch the dedicated ds9 channel on Pluto TV in bed if I’m having trouble sleeping. It’s great because I’ve seen ds9 a million times so I don’t feel obligated to pay attention making it good background noise
I can’t say I’ve ever tried that to fall asleep, but I will put something on in the background as I’m working on projects. I’ve never been able to do it with DS9 though, because I always end up watching it instead of working!
Usually when I can’t sleep it’s because my brain can’t shut up. Listening to quark talking about latinum turned down low.helps.
Ah, that makes sense! It’s more something to kind of distract you instead.
