The abuse of the cat in a Beaumont parking lot was recorded on video and shared on social media. The cat was propelled 12 to 20 feet in the air.

    If it was a wild animal would it be okay? They aren’t going to be leashed, so I fail to see how that changes empathy.

      Wild cats aren’t a thing in…Texas until humans started neglecting them by allowing them to be unleashed.
