minus-square@Beliriellink1•1 year agoWith rent prices in this kind of fantasy land in bigger metroploes like San Fran or NYC , I’d doubt you’d find tenants. Maybe in rural laboratories it might be an issue but not the cities. That’s just my thoughts. Might be wrong.
