In this case it was very confusingly worded, but it really only makes sense when you read it as ape-ing the hypocrisy of Republican demands for voter IDs, except when they enable voter participation instead of limiting it.
I feel like maybe you did. He’s agreeing with the lawsuit, which means he’s agreeing with the GOP suing the election board.
