You first tag didn’t direct to lemmy.world so the bot wasn’t notified. When tagging someone on Lemmy you should be able to open their profile by clicking on the tag when done correctly.
My Lemmy hasn’t worked with my tags in terms of forming links for ages. No idea why.
It seemed to work this time, the bot responded to you once you tagged it with its instance name.
Ye but it doesn’t let me click it. Ah well, so long as it works. Thanks! If only ESPN actually listed all our matches…
