I’ve installed revanced just to make YouTube like some years ago and It’s amazing. No shorts, no community posts, no BS. However, I like ads to be played before videos so the creators would earn money. I’ve disabled all the ad options but still there are no ads. Is it even possible to enable ads?
Thanks. I’m using the apk from the website though, as I couldn’t patch it myself (I don’t know it just couldn’t finish patching. Should try again later). I don’t think anyone is using this app other than removing ads :D

Wouldn’t say you’re fucked, just clear data and uninstall. Find a walkthrough on how to do it the proper way in revanced.app and you’re off, when patching look for the hide ads patch and uncheck it.
