Or you just forget to downshift when you stop, have a momentary lapse of judgement, bump your shifter, etc. This could happen for lots of reasons.
You guys both have good points. I didn’t even think about all those reasons!
Could be, but I’ll admit: I’m not in the perfect gear every time and I am definitely not new to riding.
