Starscourge Radahn was a pain in the ass to fight before the nerf. He dealt more damage and was more aggressive, so you really couldn’t make any risky plays unless you had way more vigor and stamina than you’d need to reach the arena.
I never fought him pre-patch with magic, but I heard he used to dodge spells more often since he would finish an attack and quickly switch to an attack that moves him.
I’ve actually been curious for a long time about that, I kind of wish there was an easy way to roll back and try it pre-patch. Post patch Radahn always felt tragically easy, especially with his lore as being such a badass.
