minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink30•edit-22 months agoNo sports world record is broken by doing what’s healthy. But judging by the trail ultra-marathoners I know personally, they’d be a lot less healthy if they didn’t have that hobby. Lots of (undiagnosed) ADHD in the sport, too.
