minus-square@DokPsylink3•2 months agoAnd I wish that was the worst. Just last week, we had a call about missing emails to an accounts payable account. Emails weren’t missing. They needed to scroll down in outlook to the shared mailbox folder. There were 1400+ unread emails. They hadn’t noticed for a month.
