Not only the number are underestimated due to the collapse of health system but genocide was never about killing the majority or all members of an ethnic group etc. Israel action fit at least two examples of action defining genocide which are causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group and

So if Israel had any kind of military base near civilian areas, would that mean it’s using Israeli citizens as human shields?
