If it ain’t broke, delete it I guess? Domain redirects is an odd removal because it’s all set up and they’ve already banned any sub that would break the site (ie out.reddit aka /r/out). Random is the same way, doesn’t seem to negatively impact anything, just a couple lines of code that need to be maintained
