You leave out the inconvenient fact that the population rose 30% over the same period of time and the per capita RATE of violent crime is down.

Good example:

You leave out the inconvenient fact that the population rose 30% over the same period of time and the per capita RATE of violent crime is down.
That “#1 is Business Statistics” category says it all.
