First of, Iam a long time Factorio player, played over 1k hours and looking forward to space age!

But a friend just showed me the satisfactory 1.0 release trailer. I have never had time to played it, for various reasons. And wow it looked fun, and incredibly!

So that reminded me of Factorios trailers… And my god, does it looking boring as hell. Even the new space age trailers, it’s just showing the space platform, and the other trailer on the steam page is a spidertron walking around on Fulgora…

Why is it, that Factorio trailers is soo boring? It’s show nothing of the gameplay or anything. Not sure where iam going with this post, was just kinda surprising to me that the trailers sucked so much compared to satisfactory

    Satisfactory trailers are a class of their own <3

    But which trailers are you thinking of? I know of only two: The official 2020 Factorio trailer which I think shows a good mix of gameplay and “concept”, and the Steam Store page snippet for Space Age showing some new things like the platform.
