    No, look up the definition of genocide. That’s not sufficient.

    If oppression and killing is enough, then you have a textbook case of genocide against African Americans in the USA.

        I won’t make up a definition, but refer to an existing one.

        Intent to destroy also known as dolus specialis is the key if something is a genocide or not.

        No such special intent is evident. Israel could easily kill far more Palestinians if they intended to, but they don’t.
