    I’m pretty sure it doesn’t revolve anymore. Still an amazing picture. I love that area.

      I don’t believe it has for a while, I got to go up in it once maybe 15-16 years ago as my mom’s ex boyfriend used to tend bar there for some time and he mentioned that it used to rotate but didn’t anymore. I love the look of brutalist/utilitarian architecture so it makes it one of my favorite parts of the skyline.
