          I don’t decide it; it’s well documented. There’s a reason it’s always the republican party that works so hard to suppress votes as much as possible: The lower the turnout, the better it is for the republican party. therefore any vote that isn’t cast is effectively a vote for the republicans. and thanks to the two party fptp, a vote for a third party is essentially a vote that isn’t cast.
