But to title the article and keep focus on how this is a total fuck you to the neighboring, again leaning hard on the BLACK emphasis when addressing the neighboring historic black community. THEN AT THE VERY END CASUALLY TOSSES IN THAT ITS A 50% BLACK COMMUNITY 🤣🤣🤣🤣
