Theme Hospital originally from Bullfrog Productions is a true classic, one I spent a ridiculous amount of time playing and the CorsixTH project is doing fantastic work to keep it alive for modern platforms. A new release of this open source reimplementation has been released with version 0.68.0 now available.
CorsixTH has been around for ages, but nice seeing it still get some love.
