    Great tip with the Greek yogurt.

    Last batch I made, I rolled the dough too thin and they exploded in the boiling water so I had to cook the whole batch by steam/frying them like you’d do for gyozas.

      Ohh damn that adds another level of work to them. I bet the flavor was still there though.
