I set the post view type as cards and enabled the new setting to show full size images. The setting to show post title at the bottom is disabled but titles still show up at the bottom.

Ahhh I see the confusion now. That setting was only meant to work on list and compact views. I think it’s totally fair to assume it would also work for card views. I’ll look into this for the next update.
