Plenty of folks buy the game for later or just forget about it. Almost 10% of Rocket League players never scored a goal. Same goes for changing one single aspect of your car.
You have to launch the game to count though. Just buying it isn’t enough. The reason for this is mods though. I have 0 achievements because I never play totally vanilla.
