Fitness is like the one thing that I don’t need motivation for. I feel like you need motivation like the first couple months, but it feels pretty self sustaining to me.
I think the trick is to find a form of fitness that you actually enjoy and look forward to. not something that feels like another job you’re doing because you’re supposed to be doing exercise.
