Embrace the spaghetti! It is always like that in the beginning and then when you have some resources you clean up as you expand. I have played it a fair bit and all the starting phases are a slight mess. My problem is I never space things out enough.
I logged probably 100 hours into satisfactory before the spaghetti overwhelmed me, but I keep intending to go back and give it another shot.
