It could mean … “hey that was fantastic spaghetti and the sauce was wonderful” Or it could mean … “that was a ballsy move you did last night … imma gonna keep my eye on you and burn down your house next week”

That’s what I mean … just that hand gesture depending on who made it and in what circumstance just conveys a ton of information without saying a word.
